What size commercial projects do you handle?

Our commercial projects typically run from 350m² to over 3,000m². We work with builders, developers and project managers on footings, slabs, hardstands and commercial driveways, managed in-house from excavation through to finished concrete.

Do you handle excavation and site preparation?

Yes. Our crew includes ticketed excavator operators, and we manage excavation, sub-base preparation, formwork, reinforcement, concrete supply and placement ourselves. You deal with one team for the whole job, with no subcontracting of the parts that matter.

How long does a concreting job take, and when can I use the concrete?

It depends on the size of the job and site conditions. Most driveway jobs run from a few days to two weeks from excavation to finished concrete, and we give you a clear schedule before work starts. Light foot traffic is typically possible within 24 to 48 hours; vehicle access needs to wait until the concrete has reached adequate strength, and we give guidance specific to your job.

Do I need engineering drawings before you can quote?

For footings and structural slabs, we pour to the engineer's specification, so drawings help us quote accurately. If your drawings aren't finalised yet, we can still have a preliminary conversation about scope.
